Each deed is a token on chain, held by a key made from your 12 words. Name your plot from the lists, choose its house and colour, sell it or give it away: your browser signs each change with your deed key and sends it to the network itself. Each costs a few sats from your wallet.

This page is one file. Save it and open it from your own computer, or put it on any web host: it works the same, because everything it shows comes from the chain.
Every resale pays 5% to Galtland, fixed in each deed on chain. A plot is a place in a game world: a collectible, not an investment. It carries no promise of value or return.
Deeds are found from the deed machine's own transactions and checked against its signature, so a copy cannot be forged. Chain data comes from public services (WhatsOnChain, Bitails, GorillaPool); if one is down the next is tried.
