What the store did
Only the key that pays may command the store, only within the range the store itself allows, and only while the payments keep coming. A second, independent check refuses big or fast changes. Each thermometer signs its own readings. Every command, refusal and alarm goes into a running hash that each payment, and the settlement on chain, carries. Patent pending.
