Each deed is a token on chain, held by a key made from your 12 words. Name your plot from the lists, choose its house and colour, sell it or give it away: your browser signs each change with your deed key, and each costs a few sats from your wallet. None of it needs this site: the deed is yours.

The wallet lives in this browser, opened by 12 recovery words only you hold. Your deeds belong to a key made from the same words, so the words bring them back too. If you hold a Bitcoin Express ticket, it is the same wallet.

Galtland without us
Once a plot is sold it does not depend on this site. Save Galtland as one file: it reads every deed from the chain and lets owners name, sell, give and buy with their own keys, with no server at all.
Every resale pays 5% to Galtland, fixed in each deed on chain.
A plot is a place in a game world: a collectible, not an investment. It carries no promise of value or return.
